Welcome to Clean Secure+. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clean Secure+ mobile application ("App") and related website ("Website"), operated by Clean Secure+ ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Clean Secure+, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Clean Secure+

Clean Secure+ is a photo management application designed to help you identify duplicate photos, compress large videos, and manage storage on your device. The App runs entirely on your device — your photos and personal data are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clean Secure+. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

Clean Secure+ does not require you to create an account. All app data is stored locally on your device. If you use in-app purchases, your purchase is managed through Apple's App Store and your Apple ID.

5. What Clean Secure+ Cannot Do

Clean Secure+ cannot clean other apps' caches, remove system files, or access data outside your photo and video library. These are limitations of the iOS operating system, not our app.

6. Free Tier and Subscriptions

Clean Secure+ offers a free tier that includes your first full cleanup at no cost. Additional cleanups require a paid subscription or one-time purchase:

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings app under your Apple ID > Subscriptions.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by Clean Secure+. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem page.

You agree to use Clean Secure+ only for its intended purpose of managing your personal photos and videos. You may not:

Clean Secure+ is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to make the App reliable and safe, we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of important photos and videos through iCloud or other backup services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Secure+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos, or device storage issues, arising from your use of the App.

12. Photo Deletion

When you choose to permanently delete items from the Recovery area, Clean Secure+ uses Apple's standard deletion API (which shows a system confirmation dialog). Once confirmed and permanently deleted, photos cannot be recovered through Clean Secure+. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from user-confirmed permanent deletions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Clean Secure+ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using Clean Secure+ at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Clean Secure+ will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
