Will Clean Secure+ delete my photos without asking?

Never. Every photo you remove goes to a 30-day Recovery Bin first. When you choose to permanently delete, your iPhone will ask you to confirm one more time. There are always at least two safety steps before anything is gone for good.

Can I get my photos back after removing them?

Yes — for up to 30 days. Open the Recovery tab and tap "Restore" on any item to put it back in your photo library.

How does video compression work?

Clean Secure+ reduces video file size while keeping the video clear and watchable. Before compressing, you'll see exactly how much space you'll save. The original video stays in your Recovery Bin for 30 days, so you can always go back to the full-quality version if you change your mind.

Does Clean Secure+ upload my photos anywhere?

No. Everything happens on your device. Your photos and videos never leave your phone. We don't have servers that store your images — there's nowhere for them to go. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What does the Family Report include?

The report contains only numbers and categories — for example, "5 duplicates removed, 200 MB freed." It never includes your actual photos, video thumbnails, or any personal information. It's designed to help a family member or caregiver understand your storage situation.

Why can't Clean Secure+ clear my other apps' storage?

iPhone doesn't allow apps to access or clear storage used by other apps or the operating system. This is an Apple security restriction that applies to all apps. Clean Secure+ focuses on what makes the biggest difference: your photos and videos, which are usually the largest items on your phone.

What does "Larger Text and Buttons" mode do?

It makes all text and buttons throughout the app 15% bigger. You can turn it on or off anytime in the Settings tab.

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Clean Secure+
  5. From here you can change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription
